Shipping Information
Processing Times:
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is received.
During high-demand periods (such as product drops or sales), processing times may be slightly longer.
Delivery Times & Costs:
New Zealand: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days for economy and 1-2 business days for overnight.
International: Estimated delivery within 10-15 business days, depending on location.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.
Returns & Exchanges
Eligibility
Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Returns are not available on sale items, limited-edition drops, or customised products, unless faulty.
How to Return

We will provide return instructions and shipping details.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
Refunds & Exchanges
Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method.
Exchanges are subject to approval and stock availability.
