Shipping Information

Processing Times:

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is received.

  • During high-demand periods (such as product drops or sales), processing times may be slightly longer.

Delivery Times & Costs:

  • New Zealand: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days for economy and 1-2 business days for overnight.

  • International: Estimated delivery within 10-15 business days, depending on location.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

  • Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.

Tracking

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.

Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • Returns are not available on sale items, limited-edition drops, or customised products, unless faulty.

How to Return

  • Contact us at orders@inlineclothing.co.nz with your order number and reason for return.

  • We will provide return instructions and shipping details.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method.

  • Exchanges are subject to approval and stock availability.
